Have any other had success with Plug and Charge?

I took my CUPRA Easy card with me this summer and purchased the Power subscription to cheapen and ease our trip.
But the Easy app told me that the car wasn't P&C ready eventhough the car has SW 3.2.

I contacted both Elli and CUPRA support but non of them could help me solve the problem or tell me what exactly the issue was.

I have tried again with both of the supports and still they answer... How it should word and not answer me how to get it to work. Elli just says my car doesn't support PnC... But not why it does'nt.

Any of you had luck to getting PnC to work on?

Interesting 🤔 - Did your car come with 3.5 or did you have to go to CUPRA for this update. No updates for my car availability and I only runs 3.2, which the car was delivered with in January.
My colleague has a 2023 58 kWh with 3.2 and he also has PnC.

Could It be that PnC came to 77 kWh with this update 3.5?

My 3.2 58kWh allegedly has PnC set up on it via Electroverse - but I haven’t been able to try it as it only works with Ionity chargers and there’s none near me.

Came with it, it was built in May 2023. I don't think there's a dealer 3.5 update for those with 3.2 yet.

I think I have found out what my car haven't got Plug n Charge. My car misses a certificate that gives access database and needs to be installed into the car by dealer.
So I have to make an appointment for this fix by dealer. I'm still a little disappointed that I had to wait 1 year to get Cupra / Elli to found out the problem.

The certificate is installed by the app (Easy Charging) when you pair the car, there's no dealer visit required.

Elli says it needs to registered to a database for certificates. And that has to been done by the Dealer.
I probably explained it wrong in my last post. Sorry
