The Cupra Born has been spotted testing with a disguised front end suggesting it is inline for a facelift, possibly just a mild update to reflect the new CUPRA branding recently announced.

Looks like it’s gaining bigger brake vents, hopefully bigger output too 🀞

Way too early for a facelift, the ID3 hasn't had one yet. More likely a performance variant for those vents, or far more likely (if these are stills only with no video available), someone's been playing around with photoshop, because they look.like the fake vents on the newly released MG4, in size, shape and position.

Can't tell for sure, but doesn't look like the rear drums have been upgraded to discs, as might be expected with an ID4 GTX style performance variant with 4WD/twin motors.

The wheels are the current 'Firestorm' without the diamond cut highlights. VW have already announced that the ID3 will NOT have dual motors.
Probably the most intriguing thing, is that there are two mannequins strapped in the rear seat, and a dog guard in place, full load testing perhaps?

It doesn't need a facelift. A brainlift, yep. Fix the software, fix the controls.

Perhaps the mannequins in the back are to test the speakers they are going to add to the rear πŸ˜€
