Volume settings

Hi all,

I hope you can help me with the following;
It is possible to turn the volume low automatically when you open your door. However, the setting only works one time. As soon as I get in my car again, the setting is off and the volume stays the same when I open my door. Very annoying.
Does anybody know how to make the setting stay as set?

I think this is broken, mine like yours only works one time, hopefully software update will fix this

That's one of the two settings mine forgets (the other is steering wheel heating off) and it's running what I think is the latest software (3.1). Cupra digital support refuse to engage on the matter and have referred me to customer services, who have no idea and have referred me to my dealer. Buggy software is one thing, poor support is an additional pain!

cupradigitalsupport tell me they only support the app and it’s communication with the car and my heated steering wheel and volume settings issues are car-based, so I need to contact a dealer about those.

I have same issue, this is the only one that resets each time, its frustrating.
