My French is hopeless. I have yet to try the pre condition. It was great via the app on my ID3.
With the ID3 you often got an error message or lack of any response on the app but it still pre conditioned for 30 minutes.
Your range is good at 80% charge
The app I'm using is the My Cupra App!
I didn't know there was another but prefer the black layout you have in the screenshot.

In fact it is more an error while opening the app as shown below: The error is poping up when I try to open the app. It is like this for some weeks now and is very annoying. I know that several people are experiencing the same issue. I was hoping this will disappear with this week’s update. But this is not the case . And the new features are not showing up in my application.
@KEV1L: yes they developped MyCupra app for the Born. But it is awfull. I am barely using it. Only to see the % of battery. And to start the charging and the scheduled time is not working properly.

I just receive an email from Sebastian or Nils at Tronity saying I have been tranfered to a free to use basis for ID3 and Born owners . Generally after 2 or 3 days. The app has limited data from our cars so they currently don't make a charge.
Their support to the app and me as a user in my experience is excellent.

hi All,
I face the same issue with the My Cupra App: "precondition failed" message. Need to delete the app and install it again, then it works for a few access before the failure message pops up again.
any help or work around?
