You're probably right but I'm still happy with my decision. I'm loving my Born (the hud is brilliant!)

@monkeyhanger, just seen the mega thread on the ID3 forum, what made you change your mind and switch to the born in the end?

Mainly the increase in output. Without the 230ps unit being available, I doubt i'd have changed - better aesthetics and sports seats on their own wouldn't have been enough for me to change, but i'm pleased that I did now I have it.

Of course, the ridiculous used prices for the outgoing ID3s we have helped - the Life was specced a fair bit lower than the V2 with L-Tech pack and it's cost me about £4500 to change. The Family we're swapping out is on par with the V2 L-tech for equipment levels, and has cost about £800 to change.
