For a while now when I pre-heat the car with the heated seat set to be on, I'll get in the car to no heated seat but a very hot steering wheel. I have the automatic steering wheel heat option turned off as it doesn't take too long for it to get too hot, and as turning the steering wheel heat isn't an option in the app this seems odd. (I know the app is crap)
Any ideas how to fix this? Anyone else have this problem?

Turn it off in the infotainment.
