I wonder if any of you could help with an issue I'm experiencing and I would grateful for any advice offered.
I've had my Born for a couple of months now and have only just noticed an issue with the charging cable lock.
I use a Pod Point for charging at home which schedules a charge for off peak electricity and I routinely plug the cable in a few hours prior to the start time and then lock the car. The weird thing is, the cable locks in place just as it should, but then after about five minutes, the MyCupra app gives an error message stating that the charging could not be started and then releases the cable lock.
I can't find any setting in the Energy Management setting that would change this behavior other than the Release lock when the charge is complete and this setting is disabled.
This obviously gives a risk that the cable could be stolen and so I need to resolve it. Am I missing something? Can anyone offer any ideas?
