Hi
Been trying to find some reviews or such on how much of a difference the Sennheiser speaker setup is to the standard one but can't find anything. I only see some Beats setup being mentioned.
So anyone here got it and has anything to share?
Sennheiser sound system worth it?
Considering the Sennheiser is a new option for all Born's and Beats has been dropped (at least in CH), there won't be many with experience of the new system, and even less that are switching cars from Beats to Sennheiser and can do a direct comparison.
Cupra Born, 77Kw, Silver, 20" Firestorm, Advance Pack, Beats, Heat Pump, Swiss Model.

Hi,
I have just taken delivery of a V3 with the same sound system and no expert to as whether it’s worth it or not but sounds ok to me and at least you get rear speakers.Had the car 2 weeks now and I find the brakes ( lack of ) shocking. Not sharp just spongey and unresponsive.Gone off piste a little and apologies that I wasn’t much help with your original query.

Pressing the brake pedal is activating regen, unless you press it pretty hard, it does have a spongey feel compared to "normal", takes some getting used to. I tend to use B mode when I need to brake, can mean switching between D and B quite often but I don`t mind that at all. Sorry for off topic again!marky mark wrote: ↑Thu Aug 22, 2024 5:40 pm Hi,

Think I messed up asking my question.
I was interested in the experience between standard speakers and Sennheiser, not a comparison between Sennheiser and Beats, that's pointless.
I'm about to get a Born so was looking for som guidance if it was worth it or not.
Standard setup doesn't have rear speakers? That feels a bit cheap.marky mark wrote: ↑Thu Aug 22, 2024 5:40 pm Hi,

If its helps, the actual speakers used are the same between the Beats and Sennheiser systems, its just the tuning thats different.
So its sort of a moot point, I've heard reviews say its better though.
