I don't really know how to describe it. How it feels is as if the top infotainment strip (where your climate controls etc are) is now in the way of the camera, and I can't see as far or as well.

I've attached a photo (ignore the blurry view, I haven't cleaned it - it's just to demonstrate the framing issue.)

Has anyone else had this? We've had it for like 2 weeks, and can't make it go back like before.

Also, can anyone do me a favour and photograph theirs, please? I can't recall how it used to look.

Don't have time to take a pic right now, but your screen doesn't look right. The top menu is always there, but the camera is too low. It should look like in this vid.

00:23s.

The only time I saw something similar was when a phone was connected with Apple Car Play and the screen does some sort of resolution change, maybe make sure you have no phone connected, power cycle the screen with the power button might be worth a shot.

Thanks, that's helpful. At least I've got a better picture of how it used to look! I've tried a lot to attempt to resolve it, including a full infotainment reset, so whatever's happened I can't shake it back. I guess it's off to the dealer!

It looks like a layout bug to me - you can drag the edge of the camera view to enlarge it, does that help?

I had this last year. I had to take it back to Listers and they had to reload the software into the camera module. Since being done it hasn’t happened again.

Thanks, at least it sounds like it can be resolved!

As a late update on this, but I hate when you find that issue that only you had on the internet and then there's no closure, I took it to the local dealer (Citygate in my case) and they've fixed it very simply with some kind of system reset. Turns out there's a bulletin for it, so presumably any dealer should be able to fix straightforwardly.

Thanks for the advice!
