Born servicing?

I see from the Cupra website that the first Born service is at 2 years, and then annual thereafter. Anyone know why it's different from the VW ID3 which is every 2 years?

My Born was back at the dealership having some work done. I picked it up yesterday and asked them about this and they assured me it was servicing every 2 years. When I got the car I bought a discounted service package which also says it is every 2 years but elsewhene on the Cupra website it says first service at 2 years then every year. I read elsewhere on this forum that there are even people having their cars called in for a service after one year. The whole thing seems to be a complete shambles.

It's how they get the money to pay for all the warranty claims they've had to fix... more claims? service more often

It's an absolute rip off for what they actually do as well
