Remote air con deactivated

I sometimes get this message saying my aircon has been deactivated due to low voltage battery being discharged.

Anyone else get it/ know why it happens?

Very annoying as if I go out and switch car on/ off again, it then works so battery clearly wasn't flat!

As I gather from the latest update mine got, some of those features now may require you to register a user in the car instead of a guest. Once I did that, some "deactivated" features were immediately made available in my app.
