Open window alert on Cupra born app

The app on my phone is showing that I have left a window open, but checking the car all windows are closed and the car is locked.

I have tried opening and closing the window and locking the car. I have also tried rebooting the app and my phone but nothing works.

I have contact Cupra Service Dept but they are not aware of this and I am waiting for their Technical Team to come back to me.

Has anyone had this and knows how to resolve?

Only a facetious response. But the app is just unreliable. I think the latency in reading from the server might be the cause...in other words, wait a bit and it might fix itself.

The My Audi app always states my back passenger window is open when it's not (probably same software). I might go do an OBD11 fault clear on the car to see if there's a historic false report from the door controller to clear.
