So my main question today is, how does your company car department work?
I have recently learnt that my internal company car department is due to be made redundant as they are outsourcing it to an external firm.
Currently how it works it's the internal team create a company car list, and your job is equivalent to a grade. That grade then also decided which class of car you have have. For example I'm grade 3 , however I can upgrade to a grade 2 for an extra £125 a month and grade 1 for £250 a month
However with it now being outsourced I'm trying to work out if this is going to be better or worse than when we had a company car list and an internal team.
Does anyone have a similar set up at where they work?
