I had this issue when car was delivered, wouldn’t connect while at the dealer. I just arrived home, made a system reset and connected phone to WiFi. It worked at the first try.

Thanks for that, gave it a whirl and sadly the Oops error comes up again.

I tried again today, did an infotainment reset, deleted and re downloaded the app but still just getting the oops message, a bit annoying at this stage and heard nothing back from Cupra help. Not sure the dealer will be able to help me but going to give them a call this week.

I noticed one of the play store reviews has been edited to say the apps now working for new registrations.

Indeed it is. Tried just now, takes you through the sign up process.
Radio silence from Cupra, however!

Anyone else having to enter full profile and VIN every time the app is opened? Thanks in advance for any fix.

Looks like there has been another update to the app today introducing,

1. Bug Fixes
2. Remote parking from the mobile (interested to see how this works)
3. Constant view of if the car doors are either locked or unlocked.

Has anyone found the update to improve things as personally I have found the app experience very poor so far.

The app looks exactly like it did prior to the update, and it continues to be borderline useless.

I updated and I don’t appear to have any of those three listed features. I do have one new feature which is that the app completely shits the bed and logs me out every few minutes.

Wonder why they took away to well function charging app just to integrate it into the regular Cupra app and make it stop working properly since the GPS connection is correct
