Hi guys,

Get my V2 Born next week and am genuinely looking forward to it. My first EV ! When a fill up in my old car hit £100, it was time for a change ! LOL

The two things I would like are ungraded 20" alloys (as I don't like my 19" V2 alloys), and a decent seat cover as my work clothes do tend to get dirty.

If you are in the UK and for any reason don't like your 20's and would prefer 19's, get in touch, and maybe we could agree a swap !

Obviously with the car being so new my googling hasn't produced many results, so if you can help or suggest anything with regards wheels or seat covers I'd be grateful.

Ive even googled VW id3 upgraded aftermarket alloys (I assume the fit would be the same as the Born), which again didn't produce many results.

Did you ever find any decent fitting seat covers? I'm thinking about a rear cover to stop the kids ruining the fabric seat. The old car had leather and was v. easy to clean!

The 20" ID3 wheels are Sanya Alloys.

I got this one off Amazon…

AMZPET Dog Car Seat Cover...

Seems a decent fit, just a bit confused how the middle seat belt fits through as you have to have the zip right down.

Was looking at the same one on amazon! Will go for that one, then. How were the isofix holes?

Just on with having some copper vinyl made to cover the silver parts, will let you know how I get on.

isofix holes work fine, just undo the edge / socket Velcro on the cover to expose the fixings

Arrived and fitted, good shout. Looks neat tucked under the edges of the seat pad too.

KEV1L nice, looking at your neat job I need to go and refit mine better now! Did you work out how the middle seat belt actually is meant to fit through the zip? I guess its not too much of an issue for you as I can see it would be tight to fit someone anyway! On a side note its great with kids having no raised floor tunnel in the middle of the rear now, my 11 year old sits comfortably in the middle.
