That's what I got, seemingly works then boots you out to a guest login.

Checked the lights out just now and found a SW update and downloaded. Will see if things are better tomorrow.

All fixed now. SW update seemed to uncork things.
So much more complicated than connecting the ID3. Wondered if it's related to level 3.00 SW?
Anyway all done. Nil cost for 1 year.

Can anyone tell me if the Doors and lights button in the app is meant to do anything? This loan car I have says Not available. I see under service management Doors and lights are activated.

I noticed on mine the other day when my windows were down the app reflected it. I anticipate that if doors abd windows are closed it has nothing to report.

I did wonder if it operated the central locking, so if it was left unlocked you can remotely lock. Wonder what the lights means? Will have to have a bit more of a play around.

This morning the buttons not even shown in the app so perhaps like Daveion mentioned previous its actually there to show the status of doors / lights if left open / on and not a button as such?

That doors and lights button keeps coming and going… Doesn’t seem to do so much. I suspect this will be a future fuctionality, though, where perhaps you might be able to lock/unlock via the app?

On my 4th day still enjoying still discovering.
One surprise. The app reports a totally different range to what the car shows. My ID3 app rarely displayed anything other than what the car shows.
It's generally showing around 50 miles less.
Battery percentage is always correct.
Tronity shows the same range as My Cupra App so it's something that the car is generating I would think.
Anyone else noticed this on their cars?

Hello,
I was really waiting for the new app release. This happened yesterday. But I do not see any improvement.
I don’t see the new features, the app still makes the « Precondition failed » error.
Am I the only one?
I am connected with the Connect Gen4.
