Re: Would you have another Born?
I'll add to the positives. My V2 Born follows on from 2 previous ID3s. It's a great drive and good looking car. Niggles with the Infotainment screen and software are far outweighed by the overall quality of the car and it's performance. Yes, would definitely have another. Next year sees a number of ...

PodPoint/Solo
My Solo is just 2 years old and has had a history of tripping the 32AMP RCBO. I'm on my 4th board and thought I would write this up for any other Solo owners. On today's visit they changed the RCBO that sits outside my house in an IP65 enclosue for a "better quality breaker" unit. The Elec...

Re: Screen failure
I have been on the ID3 and Born forums for almost 3 years but not seen a screen failure reported before. Its not a good start but hopefully will get resolved quickly.

Re: Intelligent Octopus and Cupra
I have been on IOGO for 5days now and 2 of the scheduled charges have failed because the PodPoint RCBO has tripped. I don't know if that is coincidence or the car doesn't like charging to Stop/Start causing a spike.
Any ideas or similar experiences.

Re: New owner introduction
Welcome to the forum.
Great story. It's so easy to get sucked into a car deal but think you'll be very pleased with the Born.
How long had you had your leaf?

Re: Intelligent Octopus and Cupra
I plugged in at 5:20pm and the car charged immediately and continued so I stopped it via the app after 18 minutes. Octopus confirmed that any charge before the schedule starts is at peak rate. They also said some chargers don't respond to the stop charge; as seems to be the case with my particular P...

Re: Intelligent Octopus and Cupra
Third update: I finally had a successful IOGo charge on Thursday 26th at 23:30. Zappi settings: Fast Octopus settings: Charge to 80%. IOGo provided the charging plan 23:30-00:00, 03:30-04:00, 04:30-05:00. All three charges maxed out at 7.6 KW as expected. Cupra Born settings: Charge to 90%. Preferr...

Re: Intelligent Octopus and Cupra
Thanks UniqueUser1
I stopped it in the car. Didn't think of the app.
That said do you find once on IOGO the app is very slow to respond?
Thanks again
