Mine makes this quiet but a little irritating noise from what I think is the driver side footwell - although I'm well aware sounds can come from very different places than you think. I got an email from Cupra (not the dealer) and within 3 weeks it was available to collect. I didn't sign up to Cupra, this was done by the dealer.

Mine took about 3 weeks after being told it had left the factory.

Just to help understanding, if you don't press stop charge the car will charge until Octopus notices it, and then it will send remote signal to car to stop? You're trying to avoid that period of ? mins at full price electricity? What happens to anything else that uses energy during the overnight win...
